Frequently asked
FAQ
Everything about ordering custom poly mailers — and if your question isn’t here, just call or text us.
Ordering
What’s the minimum order?
Our minimum is 500 pieces for standard, bubble-lined, double-drawstring, and frosted boutique mailers. Smaller runs of jumbo or custom sizes can be quoted case by case.
Is there a maximum order size?
No. We regularly produce runs into the tens of thousands for e-commerce brands and 3PLs.
Can I order a sample before a bulk run?
Yes. We can produce a pre-production proof so you can approve the physical mailer before we run the full order — ask us for terms when you request your quote.
Can I mix products or styles in one order?
Yes. Combine styles — say a Standard Poly Mailer for one SKU and a Jumbo Poly Mailer for another — and the combined volume counts toward your price tier.
Can I reorder later and match my last batch?
Yes. We keep your artwork, size, and color specs on file, so reorders match your previous run exactly and move faster.
Design & Artwork
Do you charge for mockups?
No. Mockups are free with unlimited revisions until you approve. You only pay once the design is signed off and production begins.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) are ideal. If you only have a photo or a PNG, our designers will recreate your logo print-ready at no charge.
I don’t have a logo — can you help?
Yes. Send a reference — a photo, a sketch, or even a description — and our designers will build print-ready artwork for you.
Can you match my brand (Pantone) colors?
Yes. We offer custom Pantone matching on both film tint and print so your poly mailers match your brand exactly.
Can you print inside and outside?
Yes. We flexo-print outside for maximum brand visibility, or inside only if you prefer a plain, unbranded exterior for security or 3PL routing.
How many revisions do I get?
Unlimited, and always free, until you approve the mockup.
Production & Shipping
How long does production take?
About two weeks from approved mockup for standard styles, and slightly longer for jumbo sizes or the double-drawstring format.
Do you offer rush production?
Yes. Rush is available for firm launch or fulfillment deadlines — tell us your in-hands date and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Where do you ship?
Nationwide across the U.S., and internationally on request. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is quoted with your order based on quantity and destination. Poly mailers are light for their volume, so bulk orders are economical to ship.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes. Provide a distribution list with your order and we’ll split the shipment across locations, including multiple fulfillment centers.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
We make it right. If an order arrives defective or does not match your approved mockup, we remake or replace the affected items.
Pricing & Payment
How much do poly mailers cost?
Bulk pricing is by quote; typical ranges run from about $0.09 to $0.28 per unit at minimum quantities, improving as the run grows. Each product page shows its range.
Why don’t you list exact prices?
Price depends on quantity, size, mil thickness, and decoration method. A quote is the only accurate number — and we return one within a business day.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, and purchase orders for established organizations and institutions.
Do you offer a price-match or lowest-price guarantee?
Yes. If you have a comparable written quote, we’ll match or beat it — that’s our lowest-price guarantee.
Product & Care
What colors and finishes are available?
White, Black, Pastel pink, Kraft-look, and custom Pantone-matched print, across standard, bubble-lined, double-drawstring, frosted, and jumbo styles.
How durable is the print?
Our flexographic print bonds into the poly surface and is built to withstand normal transit handling without cracking, smearing, or rubbing off.
What are the mailers made of?
2.5 to 3.5 mil coextruded poly film with a self-seal or drawstring closure, depending on style — tear- and puncture-resistant and water-resistant.
How do I store poly mailers before use?
Store flat in cases in a cool, dry area out of direct sunlight, which can weaken the film and fade print over long periods.
